- What is WOW Batangas Store?
WOW Batangas Store is a duly-licensed e-commerce website under LIKHAINTERNET INC. based in Batangas, Philippines. It aims to showcase the best products of Batangas Province and sell these products online.
- What are the products you offer?
We are currently offering T-Shirts and other clothing and soon our product line will include food, flowers and wines and other merchandise which may be delivered right to your doorstep or the doorsteps of your loved ones.
- Where and how do you deliver?
As of August 2011, we deliver anywhere within the Philippines with the help of our shipping partners DHL and LBC. We provide lower rates for deliveries within Batangas Province.
- How do I register?
Click here to go to the Registration Page. Click Register. Fill-out the form properly. If you are in the Philippines,

You must be a registered user of WOW Batangas Store before you can order.
- How do I login and modify my password, profile and shipping address?
Click here to go the Login page. Click on login. If this is your first time, use the password sent to your email. You may modify your password, billing and shipping details by going to the My Profile Page.
HOW TO ORDER

- How do I order and buy items?
To order the items that you like, click any of the categories and browse through the pages. Just click on the title or image. You will be redirected to the Product Page. Here you will see Images and Description of the item. If you want to order it, just choose the proper Attributes (example : Size, Color, Type etc.)Once you’re done choosing, click on Add to Shopping Cart. You may continue shopping items or proceed to Checkout (where you can finalize your orders).
- How do I know my T-Shirt size?
For T-Shirt items, we have two types that you can choose from. Choose ADULTS as the Type for regular Male T-shirt sizes. For Female and Kids, choose KIDS as the Type. You can see a friendly and approximate diagram in the T-Shirt Size Guide Page.Please note that KIDS Type of shirt does not have XSmall Size.
- What is the Shopping Cart?
The Shopping Cart is a virtual shopping cart (similar to a real grocery cart) where you put your items before paying for them. You may add or remove items from the Shopping Cart before check out.
- How do I Checkout (finalize my order)?
Click on the Checkout button. You will be redirected to the Checkout page.Choose your payment scheme. More information in the HOW TO PAY section.Edit your Billing and Shipping details if necessary. Shipping Details refer to the address where you want your items to be delivered.In the Order Comments, tell us how you want to receive your order 1) Paid shipping/delivery via DHL or 2) Scheduled Meet-up at Lipa City in front of Ronbinsons Lipa (Schedule : Saturdays 10am). Some items come with free shipping/delivery as indicated on their product pages.
Check the “I have read the FAQ page…” button. Click Confirm.
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation from us for your order. Please wait for our 2nd e-mail for the final amount that you should pay, including the shipping/delivery fee if you chose your items to be delivered.
HOW TO PAY
- How do I pay via Bank Deposit to BPI?
Go to your nearest BPI Branch (Bank of the Philippine Islands) and deposit the total amount needed to

Send us a copy of the deposit slip so that we can verify your payment.
- How do I pay via Smart Money or Globe GCash?
If you have these services enabled, just transfer the amount needed through your mobile phone.
For SMART Money, transfer the funds to 09208781925.
For Globe GCash, transfer the funds to 09278934614.
After payment, e-mail us with the transaction no. of your transfer so that we can verify your payment.
- How do I pay via Paypal or Credit Card? Is it secure?
On the Checkout page, you have the option to pay automatically if you have a Paypal account or Credit Card. If you missed this, please send us an e-mail and we will send you a new billing link.
Payment via Paypal with your Credit Card is 100% secure as protected by the Paypal website.
- I’m outside the Philippines, how do I pay?
For international clients, the best way to pay is through our Paypal/Credit Card gateway. Choose this option upon checkout.
Note: We currently do not deliver outside the Philippines, so your shipping address should be within the country. Best for gifts to your wife, kids, friends and family!
DELIVERY FEES and MEET-UP DETAILS
- Who is your shipping partner and how much are the Delivery Fees?
Our shipping partner is DHL (wwwexpress locally). For small items like t-shirts, delivery fee is P95 within Batangas, P105 within Luzon and Metro Manila, P110 for Visayas and P125 for Mindanao.Express Door to Door Delivery RatesParcel Within Batangas Luzon & Manila Visayas Mindanao First 500g (about 2 T-Shirts) P95 P105 P110 P125 500g to 1 kilo P100 P110 P125 P135
*Note: LBC – P155.00 only within Luzon good for 1-3 pcs. of tees.
- I have several items ordered. Do I pay individually for their shipping?
For one shipping address, you can accumulate 500 grams of order for the rates given above (500g is about two (2) T-Shirts.) This means na mas sulit na ang delivery fee mo for two or more ordered items.Scenario 1 You ordered 1 T-Shirt and want the item to be shipped to Batangas City. Total Amount to be paid = P240 + P95 = P335 onlyScenario 2 You ordered 2 T-Shirts and want the items to be shipped to Manila. Total Amount to be paid = P240x2 + P105 = P585 only
- When do I receive my order?
If your ordered items are on stock, you will receive the items in 1-2 days after we have shipped it. If your items are not on stock, please allow 5 days to prepare it and 1-2 days for the delivery. We will provide you with an online tracking no. so that you can check where your package is. - I am in or near Lipa City and would like a meet-up instead. Where and When is the meet-up and how much?

When : every Saturdays at 10am

ITEM RETURN/REPLACEMENT
- I received my ordered items and would like a replacement (different color, wrong size etc). How do we do this?
You may replace your items within seven (7) days after receiving it provided that it is unused and in the same condition when you received it. For delivered items, please ship it back to us and also pay for the return shipping fee. - My item is damaged when I received it. Can we have it replaced?
Yes. If it was damaged, the shipping company is 99% at fault. Good thing our items have insurance.Please note that we ensure the quality of your ordered items before shipping it. If it was our fault, we will replace your item free of charge. - Back to Top
